Guangxi Deyuan Aluminum visits Asian Metal

On the afternoon of 3 August 2022, Mr. Hao Zhao, the Sales Director, and Ms. Vivian Pang, the Chief Consultant & Product Director of Rare Earth Market of Asian Metal were invited to visit China Nuclear Huachuang Rare Materials Co. and share opinions regarding Chinese rare earth price trends and price forecast methodology with Mr. Huibo Wang, Ms. Jieqin Luo and Mr. Longlong Yang, the Deputy General Manager, the Marketing Director and the Strategy Planning Director of China Nuclear Huachuang Rare Materials Co.

According to Mr. Wang, Hunan Zhonghe Jinyuan New Material Co., which is their subsidiary, is the only company that owns qualification to dispose acid dissolved slag of monazite in China. The company produces rare earth chloride by leaching, separating and recycling acid dissolved slag of monazite and its recovery rate of rare earth, uranium and thorium records as high as more than 95% with safe recovery of radioactive resources. Presently, the company owns an annual consumption volume of around 18,000t of monazite and an annual output of about 15,000t of rare earth chloride.

Mr. Wang spoke highly of Asian Metal’s objective market information service and will attend Asian Metal’s 13th Rare Earth Summit, which will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on 22-23, September, 2022.
