Tyco Electronics visits Asian Metal

On the afternoon of 5 July 2023, Ms. Linda Toh, the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager of Tyco Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, together with Mr. Yifan Xu, the Buyer AUT EMEA Electronics of TE Connectivity Germany GmbH, visited Asian Metal and had a meeting with Ms. Vivian Pang, the Chief Consultant and Rare Earth Product Director.

After both parties exchanged views on current market prices and demand, as well as future price trend and market outlook, Ms. Linda Toh revealed that Tyco Electronics, with its headquarter located in Switzerland, is one of the world-leading electronics suppliers with clients from EV, aerospace, intelligent home appliance, and aother industries. As the company consumes NdFeB magnet and magnetic parts to produce electronic parts and components such as sensor and linker, they pay long-term attention to Asian Metal's market information, especially the price trend of NdFeB magnets and rare earth raw materials. The company achieved a sales revenue of around USD16.3 billion in 2022. Ms. Linda Zhuo spoke highly of Asian Metal's objective, timely, and accurate market information services.
