This year’s conference, themed “Reform and Expansion,” attracted over 150 representatives from China, Japan, Vietnam, India, Oman, Germany, and other countries and regions. Participants traveled from far distances to gather in Wuhan to discuss the current state and future trends of the refractories and abrasives industry. During the meeting, representatives exchanged in-depth insights on the current supply and demand situation, price trends in various raw materials and product markets, and discussed emerging trends in the greening and intelligentization of production.
He-Mag Green Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
He-Mag Green Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Inner Mongolia) (hereinafter referred to as "He-Mag") was established in May 2025 and is located in the Green Power Industrial Park, Hure Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was jointly founded by Liaoning Donghe New Materials Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hezhan Energy Co., Ltd. through a strategic partnership.
As the core load end of the national-level "Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration" demonstration project, He-Mag focuses on producing high-end fused magnesia using green wind power. Through an industrial synergy model, the company promotes the deep integration of new energy and the high-end refractories industry, contributing to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
The company has planned a total production capacity of 400,000tpy of fused magnesia, to be built in two phases. The first phase has already arranged a capacity of 200,000tpy, including 100,000tpy of large-crystal fused magnesia. The second phase will replicate the mature technology and scale of the first phase. Upon full completion, the company will become a leading domestic base for producing high-end fused magnesia using green electricity.
As a benchmark enterprise for the cross-sector integration of new energy and traditional industry, He-Mag has "green intelligent manufacturing, high-end leadership" as its core mission. It continuously drives technological innovation and industrial upgrading, striving to become a world-leading manufacturer of high-end green-power magnesia, providing customers with high-quality, low-carbon products and achieving a win-win situation for economic, social, and ecological benefits.
The company is committed to building an integrated industrial system of "green energy driving, high-end material manufacturing, and low-carbon circular utilization." Leveraging the region's abundant wind energy resources, it deeply integrates "green electricity" with fused magnesia production, aiming to become a pioneer in the green transformation of the global magnesia refractories industry. With a core focus on the R&D, production, and sales of high-end fused magnesia, the company is actively expanding into downstream segments such as waste heat recovery and carbon dioxide capture. By adopting a direct-supply green power model, it builds significant cost advantages and green barriers, maximizing resource value.
He-Mag actively responds to the national "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" strategy. Through green power substitution and CO₂ recycling, its carbon emissions per unit of product are far below the industry average, meeting the EU CBAM carbon tax exemption standard. This paves a replicable and innovative path for the low-carbon transformation of energy-intensive industries.
From "green power" to "green materials," He-Mag is profoundly reshaping the production model for high-end magnesia refractories. Relying on an integrated industrial layout, driven by technological innovation and anchored by green and low-carbon principles, the company is determined to become a leader in the global green transformation of the high-end magnesia refractories industry.
DH Grafite Processing Company
DH Grafite Processing Co., LDA, located in Niassa Province, Mozambique, specializing in the mining and processing of natural flake graphite. The company owns the 9077C mine in the region. It is a super-large deposit, with proven ore resources of natural flake graphite reaching 350 million tons and mineral resources of natural flake graphite of 35 million tons, and the exploration is still ongoing.
The 9077C deposit is a rare, high-quality large flake graphite ore with an average grade of 10%. Its mineral composition is relatively simple, featuring high fixed carbon content and excellent processability. The natural graphite has a carbon content ranging from 94% to 98%, of which large flake graphite accounts for approximately 50%. The flake graphite is the excellent material for expandable graphite, graphene, battery anode materials, and sealing systems for high-pressure pipelines and valves.

After 12 years of exploration and construction, DH has completed two processing lines for natural flake graphite concentrate in Phase I, with an annual capacity of 240,000 tons, which officially came into production in January 2026. The 120,000-ton production line of Phase II is under construction and scheduled to be completed in December 2026. The 120,000-ton production line of Phase III is under planning. With the steady capacity expansion, DH will become a key supplier of natural flake graphite to the international market. After 12 years of exploration and construction, DH has completed two processing lines for natural flake graphite concentrate in Phase I, with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons, which officially came into production in January 2026.
