Asian Metal visits CMP Tianjin Co., Ltd.

On the afternoon of July 9, Asian Metal's refractory material analyst Iris He visited CMP Tianjin Co., Ltd. whose president Liu Haijian, sales managers Tina Li and Gao Meng warmly welcomed her. Iris He had an in-depth talk with Mr. Liu who pointed out that refractory material industry would inevitably become normalization and develop towards an orderly direction due to current environmental inspections and control. Considering market trend of refractory material industry, Mr. Liu noted that downstream customers from the Chinese and overseas markets consumed stocks and waited on the sidelines in H1 2018. However, the demand from the industry would revive on account of low-level stocks of downstream customers and environmental inspections, and calcined bauxite supply would keep tight from August. In addition, Mr. Liu also revealed that the company's calcined bauxite plant in Guizhou with an annual capacity of 100,000t conducted formal massive production, and mainly produces high-aluminum calcined bauxite with an aluminum content of 88-90% which can replace brown fused alumina because of its longer calcination time and big crystalline.

Later, Iris He visited the company's advanced lab, checkout equipment and processing plant which have advanced technology, perfect process and excellent production equipment for spherical alumina and other spherical products.
