    The price for Chinese manganese showed an upward trend in March despite the slow movement.Asian Metal Copyright Meanwhile, the export price for Chinese manganese flake continued to move up influenced by the surging domestic prices in March, but the concluded export price through the month still hovered in the range of USD1,500-1,540t with most tenders completed in at USD1,500-1,510t.Asian Metal Copyright Plants maintained offers firm based on limited spot deals in the Chinese market and the market fell in a stalemate in the second half of the month.Asian Metal CopyrightThe price for Chinese manganese showed an upward trend in March despite the slow movement.Asian Metal Copyright Some plants resumed productions in late March and early April, the spot supply in China is expected to increase in around mid-April and offers will be softened owing to stocks of plants, which will lead to a steady decline for the mainstream concluded price. Meanwhile, the export price for Chinese manganese flake continued to move up influenced by the surging domestic prices in March, but the concluded export price through the month still hovered in the range of USD1,500-1,540/t with most tenders completed in at USD1,500-1,510/t. Most exports were conducted at USD1,520-1,540/t, which is expected to move forwards at low level due to the softening prices in the domestic market.
