China's refined tin exports substantially up by 1,719.44% YOY in Q1 2018

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 28 Apr 18 - According to statistics from China Customs, China exported 1,965t of refined tin the first quarter of 2018, substantially up by 1,719.44% compared with the figure of 108t in the same period of last year and 295.37% from 497t in the fourth quarter of 2017.
In terms of destinations, the export volume to Hong Kong was 1,911t in the first quarter of 2018, substantially up by 67 times compared with the figure of 28t in the same period of last year and almost as same as the total exports of 1,900t throughout 2017; meanwhile, the export volume to Japan was 20t, down by 75% from the figure of 80t in the same period of 2017.
