New Mg-Li alloy materials industrialization production line settled down in Shaanxi

Recently, Shaanxi province signed an agreement for Mg-Li alloy engineering research center technological achievements industrialization project, which will greatly boost innovation and development of new materials industry in Shaanxi and play a positive role in promoting development of new lightweight alloy materials industry in China.
In the name of Xi'an Sifang Ultra-lightweight Co., Ltd., the engineering center signed a cooperation agreement with Xi'an Tianzhong New Materials Holding Co., Ltd. on investment and construction of Mg-Li alloy high-performance structural materials industrialization production line. The project will focus on large-scale application of Mg-Li alloy in aerospace industry, advanced national defense industry and civilian industry and form a production capacity of over 1,000 tons of Mg-Li alloy per annum in future.
