Yunhai Special Metals' subsidiary expands business scope

On September 29, Yunhai Special Metals announced that its fully-owned subsidiary Chaohu Yunhai Magnesium Co., Ltd. adjusted its business scope in the light of its actual operation status and strategic development plan, and also had been granted operation licenses for new businesses.
Chaohu Yunhai Magnesium's former business scope includes: production and selling of magnesium alloy, magnesium metal and dolomite; production and selling of aluminum alloy; manufacturing and selling of equipment and ingredients of the above products; recycling of magnesium and alloy wastes.
Adjusted business scope has the following fields added: research on and selling of light metal and materials; research on, design, manufacturing and selling of precision manufacturing modules and equipment.
Chaohu Yunhai Magnesium's former business scope includes: production and selling of magnesium alloy, magnesium metal and dolomite; production and selling of aluminum alloy; manufacturing and selling of equipment and ingredients of the above products; recycling of magnesium and alloy wastes.
