Lvliang government promotes Al-Mg new material industrial park construction

On 9 October, Wang Liwei, the Governor of Lvliang City, convened a symposium to talk about the construction progress and work plan for the Al-Mg new material industrial park.
The governor pointed out that the city should try to gain lower power charge by improving generator's efficiency, obtaining subsidy for thermoelectricity and so on, introduce deep processing projects of aluminum rod, plate, profiles by attracting investment, support the construction of Chalco Huarun's captive power plant, Xingxian Huadian power plant by finding benefit from national coal-power policy and conduct follow-up work of grid design, in order to meet the power demand of aluminum alloy projects of over 2 million tons in the industrial park and the integrated development of coal power and Al-Mg.
