Qinghai's large-scaled magnesium metal casting production line project passes acceptance check

Recently, Science and Technology Department of Qinghai Province appointed experts to conduct acceptance check on the project of "large-scaled magnesium metal artificial-intelligent casting production line technical research and application" jointly carried out by Qinghai Yanhu Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Beichen Technology Co., Ltd.
According to review results of the expert team, the project passed the acceptance check due to its innovativeness in adopting R134a and SF6 air automatic protection and intelligent casting system integration in magnesium melt casting process and construction of the first large-scaled magnesium metal artificial-intelligent continuous casting production line with an annual production capacity of 44,000 tons in China, which satisfied requirements on industrial, large-scaled, modern and green production and acted as a model in research, manufacturing, promotion and application of magnesium ingot continuous casting production line.
