ECHOM to raise up to RMB857 million in private placement

ECHOM announced on July 18 that it plans to raise no more than RMB857 million (USD127 million) in a private placement for a lightweight supporting construction project of new energy vehicles, a new energy industry base construction project (Phase I) in Hefei, a medical health supporting product industrialization base project, liability repayment and working capital replenishment.
