Brazil announces final decision on third expiry review of anti-dumping measures on magnesium granules from China

On July 19, the Executive Committee of the Brazilian Foreign Trade Chamber (GECEX) released its No. 366 decree in 2022, announcing its final decision on the third expiry review of anti-dumping measures on magnesium granules imported from China with Mg content ≥90% and lime content ≤10%. GECEX decided to continue to impose a USD0.99/kg anti-dumping tariff on the involved products within a five-year period. The involved products fall under MERCOSUR codes 8104.30.00 and 8104.90.00. The decree will go into force on the day of announcement.
