VT Industries announced on November 1 that it plans to issue shares to specific objects to raise no more than 692 million yuan (95.22 million US dollars), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting the issuance costs would be invested in the new energy vehicle (NEV) core punching and welding parts capacity project and to supplement working capital.
