KDL to raise up to 3.6 billion yuan for new energy battery precision structural parts projects

KDL announced on November 3 that it plans to privately issue shares to raise no more than 3.6 billion yuan (496 million US dollars), and after deducting issuance fee, the net amount will be used for Jiangxi KDL new energy vehicle (NEV) power battery precision structure project, NEV power battery precision structure, NEV lithium battery precision structure project (phase III) and KDL NEV power battery precision structure project with an annual output of 75 million pieces, and to supplement working capital.
