According to data released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), China's auto production and sales recorded about 2.38 million units and 2.56 million units respectively in December 2022, down by 0.3% while up by 9.7% MoM and down by 18.2% and 8.4% YoY. Throughout 2022, China's auto production and sales recorded about 27.02 million units and 26.86 million units respectively, up by 3.4% and 2.1% YoY, continuing the growth trend of the previous year.
