MLD to issue convertible bonds to raise up to 1 billion yuan

MLD announced on January 16 that the company plans to issue convertible bonds to issue no more than 1 billion yuan (148 million US dollars). The funds will be used in Minglida Anhui Hanshan precision structural parts production base construction project (Phase I), Minglida Jiangxi Xinfeng precision structural parts production base construction project (Phase I), new energy key parts intelligent manufacturing project (Phase I) and to supplement the working capital.
