On February 6, a relevant head of the First Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said in response to the reporter's question on the "Notice on Organizing the Pilot Work of Comprehensive Electrification of Vehicles in the Public Sector" that the production and sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) would maintain rapid growth this year. MIIT will focus on five aspects of work in the next step, including optimizing policy supply, ensuring stable operation, supporting innovation and breakthroughs, optimizing the development environment, and deepening open development.
