WBMS: Global tin market sees supply shortage of 11.1kt in 2022

According to the latest report released by the World Bureau of Metals Statistics (WBMS), in December 2022, the global refined tin output recorded 31,400 tons and the consumption posted 30,900 tons.
In 2022, the global refined tin production reported 348,900 tons, while the consumption reached 360,000 tons, which means that the global refined tin market saw a supply shortage of 11,100 tons. The global tin ore output was 27,700 tons in December 2022 and 312,100 tons in 2022 respectively.
