Rayhoo Motor Dies to invest in building new energy vehicle parts project (phase two)

Rayhoo Motor Dies announced on March 13th that the company, together with Wuhu Qirui Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhu Yongda Tech Co., Ltd., will raise investment of RMB100 million (USD14.49 million) in Wuhu Rayhoo Motor Lightweight Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary jointly established by the above three companies. All the funds will be used to build the new energy vehicle lightweight parts project (phase two).
Located in the Economic and Technological Development District in Huwu, Anhui, the project will have a total investment of RMB397 million (USD57.52 million) as planned and could have an annual production capacity of large lightweight aluminum alloy parts for 550,000 vehicles after realizing full production.
