Lens Technology to invest 8.67 billion yuan to build precision component production project

Lens Technology announced on April 23 that, Lens Precision (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, plans to invest in the construction of a precision component production and renovation and expansion project. The total investment of the project is expected to be about 8.67 billion yuan (1.26 million US dollars). After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected that 33 million pieces of alloy casings of consumer electronics, 32 million pieces of aluminum alloy back cover assemblies of electronic products, 65,400 sets of electronic product molds and inspection tools, about 7.28 million pieces of electronic product cutters, and 75 million pieces of automobile and new energy metal structures will be added annually.
