    With total investment estimated at RMB589 million (USD81.68 million), the project will be built inside the Kokdala Economic and Technological Development Zone in Xinjiang.

    According to the EIA, the project uses industrial wastes as the raw materials with a total processing capacity of 300,000tpa.
