China will further extend tariff exclusions on some goods imported from the United States until April 30, 2023, according to an announcement by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council.
The extension was given to goods listed when China lifted tariffs imposed on U.S . goods as countermeasures against US Section 301.
The Customs Tariff Commission released a list of the products, including rare earth minerals, solar-grade polysilicon and materials used in semiconductor manufacturing. This is the twelfth time that China has announced tariff exemptions on imported U . S . goods.
