Sinyuan ZM to build large automotive Mg-alloy precision parts project

Sinyuan ZM plans to invest RMB1.01 billion (USD138 million) to build a large and high-strength automotive magnesium alloy precision parts project with production capacity of 3 million units per annum at Fenghua Economic Development Zone.
The project consists of two phases, and the phase one, with investment of RMB700 million (USD95.98 million), will build a smart factory for the R&D, production and sales of lightweight magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy precision die castings and moulds. The company plans to set up a local wholly-owned subsidiary to operate the project.
