Guocheng Mining and Xiamen C&D reach long-term purchase and sale agreement

Guocheng Mining has reached an agreement with Xiamen C&D Emerging Energy to establish a long-term partnership for the purchase and sale of bulk commodities including zinc concentrate, lead concentrate, silver concentrate, lithium salts and titanium dioxide, as the two companies aim to expand market shares in mining and new energy businesses.Asian Metal Copyright, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guocheng Mining.Asian Metal Copyright The agreement is valid until the end of 2027.
