Nanning Customs and local public security officials have busted two tin ingot smuggling rackets, seizing 12 tonnes of suspected smuggled tin ingot on site during a smuggling crackdown operation.
An initial investigation showed that these smuggling rackets had smuggled about 70 tonnes of tin ingot worth about RMB12.38 million (USD1 . 73 million) into China from Qinzhou Port of Guangxi since 2022, according to the Customs.
