China's alumina production up by 4.4% YoY in Nov

In November 2023, China produced about 6.99 million tonnes of alumina, up by 4.4% YoY, 3.54 million tonnes of primary aluminum, up by 4.8% YoY, 1.34 million tonnes of aluminum alloy, up by 6.3% YoY, and 5.74 million tonnes of aluminum products, up by 7.6% YoY, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
From January to November, alumina production amounted to 75.60 million tonnes, up by 1.1% YoY; primary aluminum production totaled 38.0 million tonnes, up by 3.9% YoY; aluminum alloy output increased by 15.9% YoY to 13.22 million tonnes; aluminum products output rose by 5.2% YoY to 57.32 million tonnes.
