Sichuan Zhongfa New Material Co., Ltd. put into operation the 50,000tpa aluminum products project following the completion of construction on December 18.
The company signed an agreement to invest a total of RMB150 million (USD21 million) to build the project in Guangyuan in December 2020 before kicking off construction in March 2022. When fully operationally, the project would achieve an annual production value of around RMB1 billion (USD140 million) and a total production value of nearly RMB10 billion (USD1.40 billion) from downstream and upstream associated industries, helping create roughly 5,000 jobs. The project is expected to boost the development of aluminum deep-processing industry and optimize downstream industrial chain in Guangyuan to realize cluster development.
