Anhui Lizhong's 120ktpa aluminum alloy project begins phase one trial production

On December 22, Anhui Lizhong Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. put the phase one of its 120,000tpa high-performance aluminum alloy new materials project into trial operation.
With a total planned investment of RMB200 million (USD28.03 million), the project consists of two phases, which cover an area of around 42Mu (2.8 hectares) and have a total floor area of 18,500 square meters.
The first phase of the project broke ground in late May and took over 200 days to complete construction, with a planned production capacity of 60,000tpa of aluminum alloy products, including aluminum ingot and liquid AlSi7Mg, AISi9MnMoZr, AISi10MnMg and A356.2 and secondary aluminum alloy ingot ADC12, A380 and AlSi9Cu3, which are used in the fields such as automobile, shipbuilding, electronics and household appliance and will be supplied to the local and surrounding markets.
