Shanghai Xinte to build 150ktpa NEV parts and aluminum profile project

On December 26, Shanghai Xinte Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement with Xingxian Economic Development Zone to build a new energy vehicle parts and aluminum profiles project with a production capacity of 150,000 tonnes per annum.
With a total investment of RMB400 million (USD55.95 million), the project will be developed in two phases and cover a total area of around 30Mu (2 hectares). The first phase of the project will build two aluminum alloy bar casting lines, each with production capacity of 25,000tpa, including no less than 10,000tpa of NEV parts and 14,000tpa of aluminum alloy profiles. The second phase will also include two 25,000tpa aluminum alloy bar casting lines, which are expected to produce no less than 20,000t of NEV parts and 28,000t of aluminum alloy profiles annually.
When fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual production value of RMB3.3 billion (USD462 million) and help create 200 jobs.
