MMG reports 14% rise in annual copper production

China's MMG Ltd. produced 347,264 tonnes of copper in 2023, up by 14% from 2022, according to its annual production report.
The annual production includes 303,196 tonnes of copper in concentrate, up by 18% YoY, and 44,068 tonnes of refined copper, down by 10% YoY.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, the company produced 91,412 tonnes of copper, including 81,206 tonnes of copper in concentrate, an increase of 11% from the prior year period, and 10,206 tonnes of refined copper, down by 18% versus a year ago.
