The project will be located at the existing plant area of the subsidiary and the construction is expected to take around two years, mainly including extrusion line, battery tray processing line and associated facilities. When completed, the project would be able to produce 10,000t of aluminum structural part materials for consumer electronics products, such as desktop computer stand and titanium-aluminum composite frame, 16,000t of aluminum profiles used for NEV battery tray and automotive aluminum profiles, and 280,000 units of NEV battery tray (14,000 equivalent tonnes of aluminum profiles) annually . The project will introduce reverse extruder and large-tonnage extruder for the production of aluminum materials for titanium-aluminum composite frame and large-sized aluminum extrusion for desktop computer stand.
