China's alumina production up by 3.8% in first two months

In the first two months of 2024, China produced about 13.40 million tonnes of alumina, up by 3.8% YoY, 7,096,000 tonnes of primary aluminum, up by 5.5% YoY, 2,221,000 tonnes of aluminum alloy, up by 22.8% YoY, and 9,765,000 tonnes of aluminum products, up by 11.5% YoY, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
