Songsheng Machinery strikes deal for magnesium alloy components project in Qingyang

On June 19, Zhejiang Songsheng Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with Qingyang county to build a magnesium alloy components and parts project with an annual production capacity of one million units at Qingyang County Economic Development Zone.
With a total investment of RMB350 million (USD48.2 million), the project has a planned land area of 35Mu (2.33 hectares), and when fully operational, it will be able to produce 1 million units of magnesium alloy components and parts for general machinery and automobile and motorcycle. It is expected to achieve an annual production value of RMB200 million (USD27.54 million) and tax revenue of RMB14 million (USD1.93 million).
