On June 30, Yunnan Zhongli Aluminum Co., Ltd. put its 100,000tpa secondary aluminum project into operation.
The project, covering an area of 46Mu (3.07 hectares), mainly includes a production line with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tonnes of secondary aluminum alloys in ingot, bar and coil forms. When fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an industrial production value of more than RMB500 million (USD68.77 million) in 2024.
