China has issued the latest list for export control of dual-use items, including certain magnesium materials such as magnesium-based composite materials and magnesium metal powder for solid propellant, which will take effect on December 1, 2024, according to a joint announcement from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Cryptography Administration.
