New Aluminum Era announces capital increase in subsidiary for NEVs parts project

Chongqing New Aluminum Era Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to use funds raised of no more than RMB250 million (USD34.38 million) for a capital increase in its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Aluminum Age Technology Co., Ltd., to advance its Nanchuan NEVs components and parts project with production capacity of 800,000 pieces per year.
With a total investment of around RMB801 million (USD110 million), the project is built by Chongqing Aluminum Age Technology, which was founded in 2018 and mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of aluminum alloy components and parts for NEV battery system.
