China releases 2025 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Export License Administration

The 2025 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Export License Administration, jointly released by China's Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, came into effect on January 1, 2025
Export of products such as natural sand (including standard sand), bauxite, phosphate ore, magnesia, talc lump (powder), fluorspar, rare earth, tin & tin products, tungsten & tungsten products, molybdenum & molybdenum products, antimony & antimony products, coke, certain metals and their products, silicon carbide, indium & indium products requires an export license in accordance with the regulations. Export of cerium and cerium alloys (granule<500μm), tungsten and tungsten alloy (granule<500μm), zirconium, beryllium, germanium and gallium requires no additional export license if the Export License for Dual-use Items and Technologies of PRC is granted . No designated port management is implemented for export of magnesia, rare earth, antimony & antimony products, etc.
