Fengbao Pipe breaks ground on large diameter seamless steel pipe project

On February 3, Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. kicked off the construction of a large diameter and thick-walled seamless steel pipe project with a total investment of RMB1.2 billion (USD165 million) in Linzhou, Henan.
The company said the project is expected to fill the gap of large diameter seamless steel pipe to improve its product mix and increase the proportion of deep-processing capacity to more than 60%, taking the company's annual hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production capacity to over 2 million tonnes.
