SD Lomon to acquire 10% stake in Tiansheng Mining

SD Lomon has acquired a 10% equity interest in Sichuan Development Tiansheng Mining Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of its controlling shareholder, Sichuan Advanced Materials Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., for RMB263 million (USD36.12 million).
Tiansheng Mining's core asset is Xiaogou phosphate mine located in Leibo, Sichuan. According to an exploration report, Xiaogou phosphate mine holds a total phosphate ore resource (measured + indicated + inferred) of 401.19 million tonnes at 19.81% P2O5 on average, including measured resource of 132.97 million tonnes at 20.10% P2O5, indicated resource of 101.23 million tonnes at 19.85% P2O5, and inferred resource of 166.98 million tonnes at 19.56% P2O5.
Xiaogou phosphate mine project commenced construction in March 2024. The mining permit, valid until January 17, 2053, allows an annual production capacity of 5.5 million tonnes. The mine is expected to become operational in 2028.
