Xinjiang Joinworld Co., Ltd. has recently set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Hongxing Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. According to public records, the newly-established company, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan (1.38 million US dollars), will focus on non-ferrous metal casting, metal material manufacturing, non-ferrous metal alloy production, and mold manufacturing.
