On April 1, Sichuan Qiushi Aluminum Co., Ltd. held the commissioning ceremony for its 120,000tpa aluminum alloy products project at Baoxing Feidi Industrial Park in Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone.
With a total investment of 152 million yuan (20.84 million US dollars), the project involves processes such as melting, casting, and machining of externally sourced aluminum materials, along with associated aluminum ash and slag recycling facility. The project primarily produces high-performance aluminum alloy and precision casting products for the automotive, motor, and construction industries. It is expected to reach an annual production capacity of 200,000 tonnes and an annual output value of 4 billion yuan (548 million US dollars) within three years of operation.
