Yunlv Zexin completes major furnace upgrade project

On June 3, Yunnan Yunlv Zexin Aluminum Industry Co.,Ltd. fired up the second holding furnace on its alloy production line, marking the start of the pre-heating process and the completion of a major upgrade project involving two 50-ton holding furnaces.
The upgrade included enhancements to the lining, door sill, dross platform, furnace body, and combustion and flue gas systems. The No. 2 furnace was equipped with a rear-wall refining machine for precise alloy feeding and stirring, improving alloy stability in molten aluminum and boosting the yield of high-quality aluminum rods.
