Shunbo to raise funds for wrought aluminum alloy projects

Chongqing Shunbo Aluminum Co., Ltd. plans to raise up to RMB600 million (USD83.71 million) to support two ongoing recycled wrought aluminum alloy projects. After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for the 630,000tpa low-carbon aluminum alloy billet project by Anhui Yubo Aluminum Materials Co., Ltd. and the 500,000tpa high-performance recycled aluminum sheet and strip project by Anhui Wangbo New Materials Co., Ltd.
Both projects focus on recycled wrought aluminum alloys. The billets are mainly used as feedstock for the sheet and strip production, with the finished aluminum sheets and strips sold to the market.
