Tianrun Industry expands into aluminum die-cast auto parts

On July 22, Tianrun Industry Technology Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement with Jiangsu Dongseo Engine Parts Co., Ltd., Altechno Metal Co. Ltd., Dongseo Machine and Tools Co. Ltd., and others to acquire 100% stake in Shandong ALTEC Machine & Tools Co., Ltd. for RMB135 million (USD18.83 million). Once completed, Shandong ALTEC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianrun Industry.
Shandong ALTEC, a South Korea-invested company, supplies high-pressure aluminum castings, such as engine and transmission housings, for Hyundai, Kia, and other automakers. It operates a fully integrated production process covering smelting, casting, and machining.
Tianrun Industry said the acquisition will give it access to key assets, technology, and customer orders related to aluminum die-cast auto parts. The move will support business integration, expand its presence in automotive lightweighting, and boost overall business scale.
