The company continued to expand its overseas copper-cobalt operations during the first half of this year, with its projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) delivering stable output. Copper production in the DRC reached 101,800 tonnes, with the CCR and CCM smelting facilities running smoothly.

At the Kalongwe project, mined copper production totaled 23,300 tonnes, despite power supply issues caused by low rainfall during the rainy season.
