    Just like every other car manufacturer, GM too has invested in developing alternate fuels for future cars. Seeing the success and rising demand for electric vehicles these days, car manufacturers world over want to develop an electric vehicle.

    Toyota has already launched Prius while Nissan Leaf and Chevrolet Volt are almost ready to be launched.
