  • Dong Shi was born in Ha town, Fugu county, Yulin city, Shannxi province in May 1969. After graduating from Xingping Chemical Industry School in Shannxi province in June 1989, Mr. Shi started to work in Yulin Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant in July of the same year. He got a bachelor degree in chemical technology from Xi’an Technological University through studying in his spare time. He worked in the Equipment Installation Engineering Company and Chemical Machinery Factory, two subsidiaries of Yulin Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant, and began to serve as section chief of equipment division in Yulin Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant in 1991. As Yulin Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant was restructured in 2002 with the fertilizer industry starting to go downhill, he changed his job and began to work for Fugu Sandaogou Fuli Ironworks. In 2008, Mr. Shi became general manager of Fugu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. which set up a semi-coke comprehensive utilization project with an annual capacity of 960,000t according to the national policy orientation of closing small plants and establishing big ones as well as the planning of local government. He won the title of Yulin Model Worker in 2015 and was elected as a delegate of the Fourth People's Congress of Yulin city in 2016.

  • As an advocator and practitioner of industrializing magnesium alloy in China, senior engineer Jianyong Cao has been working in manufacturing management and operation of magnesium and magnesium alloy for nearly a decade. He founded Chongqing Magnesium S&T Co., Ltd and was appointed to be GM by 2000. He led his team to firstly apply magnesium alloy in motorcycle parts and then use it in dynamic tools, auto parts and machinery section with mass production. Cao has held the post of executive member of China Magnesium Association, member of China Materials Research Society and vice chairman of China Metal Working Society, posting and participating in “the Tenth Five-Year” and “the Eleventh Five-Year” important science and technology projects and 863 magnesium alloy project. He was awarded second prize of 2011 scientific and technological progress and ministerial level advanced individual of China Non-ferrous Metals Association and he has more than ten invention patent and utility model patent on magnesium alloy. Cao also participates in formulation of six national standards including State Magnesium Alloy Safety Production. He established Chongqing Boao Magnesium Company and held the post of Chairman in 2006 and made the company survive the price hikes of global magnesium materials and financial crisis during 2008 and 2009. The company has received a large amount of orders from world-famous automobile and electric tools producers and achieved vast export to Europe and North America, being a well-known enterprise with the largest production scale and product category.

  • After graduated from the Shanxi University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Economic Law in 1997, he landed a job in marketing in Yinguang Magnesium Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. the same year. Since then, he has been engaged in the field of marketing and has gained considerable practical experience in the marketing of magnesium and downstream magnesium products. He also has wide experience and invaluable resources in market exploitation.

  • After finishing my study of business administration at Vienna University of Econonmics and Business in year 1993, i started my carreer as head of controlling in Vienna took over the position as CFO at Georg Fischer, Altenmarkt in year 1995. I had to take over global purchasing of Magnesium at the very beginning. At that time there were only two suppliers globally - Hydro and Dow. After a hurrican destroyed the Dow facility in US it was a challenging time to cover the needs of the plant. So i was foced to find new sources and was belong the very first sourcing Magnesium from China.
  • In 2005 i left Georg Fischer and took over 45% in Remag and became managing director. Paralell i started my consulting company Jaschinsky@Solution, were I focused on process improvement, lightmetals, and casting. Since 2006 im holding the majority in the company Remag which we grew to more than 10000T of lightmetals in year 2015.
  • In 2014 I started a third company " Energy Harvesting Solutions GmbH", which develops and produces self sufficient controls - independ from batteries and external power supply.
