  • Mr Andre Booyzen, General Manager Mandalay Resources, Australia
  • Mr. Andre Booyzen serves as General Manager of the Costerfield mine at Mandalay Resources Corp. Mr. Booyzen has a wide variety of experience in many industries and multi-nationals ranging from Telecommunications, Textiles, Mining and Resources, Manufacturing, Publishing, Information Technology and Construction. Mr. Booyzen has over 10 years’ experience in systems and consulting and 16 years’ experience in senior management. He has been directly involved in the mining and resources industry for the past 15 years. Mr. Booyzen graduated in Information Technology and Financial Accounting from the Durban Institute of Technology in 1986. Mr Booyzen is also the Chairman of the Victorian State Council of the Minerals Council of Australia.
  • Mr Emin Eyi, CEO SPMP, UAE
  • Mr. Emin Eyi, M(Eng) Mining ARSM, DIC, FGS, is the CEO of Strategic & Precious Metals Processing (SPMP), the Oman based antimony and refractory gold roaster project located in the port of Sohar in Oman. SPMP is co-owned by Tri-Star Resources, an Omani Sovereign Fund and a Dubai based infrastructure group. Emin was previously the Managing Director at Tri-Star Resources, the integrated antimony company. Mr. Eyi served as a Partner at SP Angel Corporate Finance and has over 20 years investment banking experience predominantly in the natural resources sector with organisations such as HSBC, Barings, Cazenove & Goldman Sachs. . He is a graduate of Imperial College in London with a Masters degree in Mining Engineering in 1989 and a Fellow of the Geological Society.
  • Mr Nikoloz Enukidze, Chairman Caucasus Minerals, Georgia
  • Nikoloz Enukidze was born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1970. He graduated from Tbilisi State University in 1993 and received an MBA degree from University of Maryland in 1996. After receiving his MBA Nikoloz worked at ABN AMRO corporate finance in Moscow and London. In 2005, Nikoloz joined Concorde Capital, a Ukrainian investment banking firm, as Managing Director Corporate Finance. In 2006, Nikoloz was appointed as Executive Vice-Chairman of the board of Bank of Georgia, a leading Georgian bank. In this role, he led Bank of Georgia’s fundraising efforts, including London Stock Exchange IPO in 2006 and debut US$200 mln Eurobond issue in 2007. In 2008, Nikoloz became Executive Chairman of the board of Bank of Georgia. Nikoloz led the bank through Russia-Georgia war and global financial crisis.
  • After resigning from Bank of Georgia in 2010 and rejoining his family in London, Nikoloz founded Nine Oaks Advisors private investment and financial advisory firm. In 2014, Nikoloz became shareholder and Chairman of Caucasus Minerals, a Georgian company that works on the exploration and development Zopkhito, of Georgia’s largest antimony-gold deposit. Nikoloz also serves as independent director of TBC Bank, Georgia’s leading bank listed on the LSE; TMM Real Estate Development, a Ukrainian real estate development company, and Georgian Stock Exchange.
  • Kirk Adams, CEO and founder - Stibium Mining, South Africa
  • Kirk Adams has been CEO of Stibum Mining for 4 years. The company was specifically set up by its founders because of their strongly held belief that there would be a significant need for supply side growth from Antimony concentrate producers. The founders determined to identify, acquire and grow Antimony producing mines. Kirk started his mining career as a miner in South Africa in 1980, attained a Mining Engineering degree from the Camborne School of mines in 1985, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in 1992. He has worked across the globe managing and developing mining assets for 35 years. Kirk, and the Stibium executive team are all mining professionals each with decades of mining experience. Stibium acquired the ConsMurch mine from liquidation, and took over management in July 2015 re-employing 210 staff who are dedicated to re-invigorating the ConsMurch mine. Currently, they have achieved break-even with several growth projects in process of implementation.
  • Mr Charles Swindon, Managing Director RJH Trading, United Kingdom
  • After graduating in Military and Diplomatic History from the University of Durham, Charles has worked in the metals industry for more than 30 years and is very well known in the international metals community. Since spending many years with Rudolf Wolff, founder members of the London Metal Exchange, he established RJH Trading Limited in May 1997. RJH trades in minor metals, ferro-alloys, non-ferrous metals, precious metals and scrap metals and is fully committed to recycling, waste management and sustainable products. RJH works closely with many producers on tolling agreements, as well as refiners. In addition, Charles has written, broadcast and presented conference papers on many aspects of the metals industry, across the world.
  • RJH Trading was honoured with the Queen's Award for International Trade on the occasion of Her Majesty's 80th Birthday in 2006. This was in recognition of the substantial growth and diversification that the company has made in the last few years. Charles is a former Chair of the Trade and Lobby Committee of the MMTA (Minor Metals Trade Association), and was the Chairman of the MMTA from 2006 – 2009. The MMTA is the premier minor metals association worldwide and he has embarked on a period of transformation and global expansion for its members. RJH is a long-established member of the i2a.

  • Mrs. Dyakina graduated from the Ural State University of transport in 2003 with degrees in Logistics and Management.
  • Commercial professional with 12 years of cross-functional experience in hard commodities, especially in antimony and fluorite. She is currently a deputy manager in “Voyager group”, which is running a new antimony concentrator in Trans-baikal area, Russia.
  • Geert Krekel is the Managing Director and CEO of Campine since 2002 - a leading European specialist in fire retardance, concentrates, masterbatches, PET catalysts and lead recycling (via its subsidiary Campine Recycling NV where he is Managing Director since 2012).
  • He has a broad experience in General management, Business Development and Strategy, Sales and Change management in various industries such as Non-ferrous metallurgical, Automotive, Machine manufacturing, Metal Products Industry.
  • As Board member and Chairman of I2a (International Antimony Association) he actively contributes to the global interests of the antimony industry and its stakeholders since 2002.
  • Caroline Braibant will take the position of Secretary-General of I2a (International Antimony Association) in July 2016. She joined the metals association’s world in 2007 with the task to set-up and manage an association and REACH consortium for the European precious metals sector. In her role she managed various regulatory topics (e.g. conflict minerals, VAT and European taxes) and scientific projects (classification, risk assessment, epidemiology, etc.). In 2014 she joined Eurometaux’ EHS and REACH team and was in charge of managing regulatory issues related to ECHA’s C&L Inventory, data-sharing under REACH, developments on nanomaterials, RoHS, waste classification, Seveso, and others. In addition she represented the inorganics industry in Commission meetings with Member State Competent Authorities (CARACAL). She is a Biotechnology Engineer (ITCR, Costa Rica) by background and holds a post grade in Human Ecology (VUB, Belgium) and a master in environmental sciences and management (UCL, Belgium).
