Asian Metal visits Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum and other aluminum enterprises in Qinghai

Kevin Sun, market researcher from Asian Metal visited Huanghe Xinye Co., Ltd, Qinghai Huanghe Hydroelectric Power Aluminum Co., Ltd, Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum& Power Co., Ltd and West Hydroelectric Co., Ltd during June 20-21, 2012.

On June 20 morning, Kevin visited Huanghe Xinye and talked with Mr. Jing Yuande, sales minister, about aluminum market. Then Kevin toured the smelting plant and casting factory accompanied by the staff from the production department.

After that, Kevin visited with Mr. Liu Wenjiang, material supply minister of Qinghai Huanghe Hydroelectric Power Aluminum Co., Ltd, which is near to Huanghe Xinye. Kevin also met with Mr. Ge, production minister and Mr. Hong, logistic manager of the company. They had lunch together and talked about the operation of the smelting plant and also expressed their opinions on the development of aluminum industry in Qinghai province.

On June 20 afternoon, Kevin met with Mr. Su Zengqiang, trading minister of Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum & Power Co., Ltd. Mr. Su told Kevin the basic condition of the company and they are preparing for IPO. Then Kevin toured the aluminum smelting factory, power station and the warehouse, accompanied by Ms. Zhang, the manager from the same department.

On June 21 morning, Kevin met with Mr. Cui Zuojun, minister of West Hydroelectric Co., Ltd. Mr. Cui expressed his view on aluminum industry development in Qinghai. He also shared the advantage and disadvantage for the company.
