Asian Metal visits Ganzhou Huoxin Rare Earth, Ganzhou Youli Rare Earth and JL MAG Rare Earth, Ganzhou HICHANCE Industry & Trade and other rare earth companies

During July 22 to 26, 2013, analysts of Minor Metals Department of Asian Metal, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited some Jiangxi-based rare earth companies, including Ganzhou Huoxin New Material Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Youli Rare Earth Smelting Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Tianxing Magnetoelectric Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Shiyu Industry Co., Ltd, Jiangxi Fluorescence Magnets Co., Ltd and JL MAG Rare Earth Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Liye Rare Earth Co., Ltd, Ganzhou HICHANCE Industry and Trade Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Longyi Heavy Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Longyi Heavy Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd and Ganzhou Baohua Agricultural Production Materials Co., Ltd.

On the morning of July 22th, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited Ganzhou Huoxin New Material Co., Ltd and met Zexiong Song, sales manager of Ganzhou Huoxin New Material Co., Ltd. The two sides exchanged opinions about rare earth market. Mr. Song expressed that rare earth offers continue to show upward tendency at present and suppliers are in no hurry to reduce stocks. On the morning of July 23th, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited Ganzhou Youli Rare Earth Smelter and talked with Yongde Xiong, the deputy general manager. Mr. Xiong said that they prefer to keep in close relationship with plants in Zhejiang and watch the market further as rare earth prices are increasing all the time. The company was set up in 2003 and they mainly produce PrNd oxide, PrNd mischmetal and dysprosium oxide from NdFeB waste. Under the guard of Mr Xiong, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee came to visit Ganzhou Yunsen Metal Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Dongsenyuan Rare Earth Co., Ltd, Jintong New material Co., Ltd, Ganzhou Tianxing Magnetoelectric Co., Ltd and other rare earth companies.

On the afternoon of July 23th, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited Ganzhou Shiyu Industry Co., Ltd and shared information with sales manager Tingsheng Ye and deputy manager Zhengsheng Liu about rare earth market. This company is a corporation which contains investment, mining, separation and application and other areas. Mr. Liu said they will pay close attention to rare earth market and they hope to keep in touch with Asian Metal in the future.

On the morning of July 24th, Asian Metal visited Jiangxi Fluorescence Magnets Co., Ltd and JL MAG Rare Earth Co., Ltd. Xiuli Ma, sales manager of Jiangxi Fluorescence Magnets Co., Ltd and Xinnong Lee, executive director of JL MAG Rare Earth Co., Ltd received Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee. Jiangxi Fluorescence Magnets Co., Ltd is an advanced technological company, which produces 1,000 tons rare earth metals and NdFeB magnets respectively every year. The company also can provide high level magnets, such as N52, N50, 48H, 45H, 38EH, 42UH, 30AH.

On the afternoon of July 24th, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee came to Ganzhou Liye Rare Earth Co., Ltd and were welcomed by GM Changchun Zou and sales manager Ping Zou. They think the prices will increase further and they are not in a rush to sell the material at low prices. The company was set up in 2005 and they deal with rare earth oxides and metals.

Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited Ganzhou HICHANCE Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd on the morning of July 25th and talked with sales manager Yun Zhang. According to Mr. Zhang, the government place strict measures to close up illegal plants, which leads many separation plants to reduce or stop production. Suppliers are optimistic about the future market and raise their offers further. Mr. Zhang also told Asian Metal that they mainly trade with rare earth oxides and predicted the prices will be on the increase next month.

Then Asian Metal came to Ganzhou Yourui Rare Earth Co., Ltd and communicated with GM Xiaorong Xie. Mr. Xie claimed that end users are cautious to make purchases and refrain from rebuilding large stocks. As a result, small deals are concluded in the spot market. The company was set up in 2008 and they focus on both separation and trading business.

On the afternoon of 25th, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee visited Ganzhou Longyi Heavy Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd and were received warmly by Changsen Zhu, vice president of the company. Ganzhou Longyi Heavy Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd is specialized in excavating, smelting and melting.

Asian Metal visited Ganzhou Huizhi Metal Materials Co., Ltd on the morning of July 26th. Ganzhou Huizhi Metal Materials Co., Ltd can provide rare earth oxides, metals and other metals such as tungsten, nickel and cobalt. Lixia Xiong and Bin Pan, GM of Ganzhou Huizhi Metal Materials Co., Ltd met with Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee and showed their welcome to them.

Afterwards, Vivian Pang and Maggie Lee came to Ganzhou Baohua Agricultural Production Materials Co., Ltd and communicated with Zhongbao Liu, GM of the material about rare earth market. According to Mr. Liu, rare earth market sees increasing offers at the moment. Suppliers hold wait-and-see attitudes at present. He believes the prices still have room to rise up further, though demand from end users remains weak. Ganzhou Baohua Agricultural Production Materials Co., Ltd was established in 2006 and the company is specializing in rare earth oxides, rare earth metals,ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, urea, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, ethanol, methanol, caustic soda, sulfur, hydrogen peroxide and so on.
